One of the questions I’m often asked is, “What’s the difference between Rosewater Hydrating Face Tonic and Neroli Face Mist?” It’s an excellent question — and one I’m always glad to answer.
Neroli Face Mist
Neroli Face Mist is a gentle blend of fragrant floral waters — neroli, rose, and chamomile hydrosols — with the addition of aloe. It’s great as a hydrating mist throughout the day, useful both under or over makeup, and offers an uplifting, de-stressing aroma. It also works beautifully as the “water” layer in your skincare routine — mist onto clean skin after oil cleansing, then layer your face oil or creme over top while skin is still slightly damp.
For me, the energetic properties of the floral waters stand out most. It’s a supportive ally for moments of stress or anxiety.
It’s also a remarkably versatile addition to your skincare kit. It can help soothe hives, itching, or irritated skin. Keep it in the fridge for an extra-cooling mist after workouts or during hot weather (or hot flashes!).

Rosewater Hydrating Face Tonic
Rosewater Hydrating Face Tonic is formulated with Lebanese rosewater and rose essential oil, aloe, and alcohol-free witch hazel.
Rose and aloe offer softening and soothing properties, while witch hazel provides gentle astringent and toning support. Tonics are valued for helping maintain the skin’s natural pH. That balance — paired with subtle softening — is what stands out most about this blend for me.
Rosewater Hydrating Face Tonic is ideally used after cleansing — as the “water” step — before applying face oil or creme. This helps support the skin’s natural acid mantle (its protective barrier) and prepare it for what follows. However, it's beautiful to use any time of day. I often use it in the mornings in place of a full oil cleanse. I apply it to a flat cotton pad and gently sweep across my skin to refresh and remove any excess oil from overnight.Then I apply face oil and makeup as needed. It’s also wonderful after a workout to clear excess sweat and refresh the skin.
The aroma is subtle and true rose — a double expression from both rose hydrosol and rose essential oil. For me, it's like burying my face in a fresh Damask rose on a warm, sun-soaked day. Heavenly.
